5. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover planning, design, vendor blocking, and resource allocation. Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of The Brown Culture and depend on the stage of execution and expenses already incurred.
6. Changes in Scope of Work
Any changes requested after finalisation of the scope, design, or budget may attract additional charges and are subject to feasibility. The Brown Culture shall not be responsible for delays, compromises, or limitations arising due to last-minute changes or client-initiated modifications.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, layouts, visuals, images, videos, written content, and creative materials created or displayed by The Brown Culture remain its exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.
8. Event Execution and Force Majeure
While every effort is made to ensure seamless execution, The Brown Culture shall not be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or failures caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, government regulations, acts of nature, vendor issues, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
